Introduction & General Definitions
By accessing this platform and signing up for a service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Do not use our services if you do not agree to all the terms listed on this page.
"Client", "You" and "Your": Refers to you, the person accessing this website and complying with the Company's terms.
"The Company", "We", "Us": Refers to Vehicle Trust Trading Co. (CarTrust).
Pre-Purchase Inspection
CarTrust Information Technology Company offers an indicative inspection service for used cars to assess their condition. This service is intended to assist sellers or buyers by providing an assessment of the car's condition. Inspection reports serve as a tool to understand the car's condition. CarTrust Information Technology Company is not responsible for any decision to buy or sell the vehicle. The buyer assumes full responsibility when making a purchase decision.
Vehicle Warranty
CarTrust Information Technology Company acts as a sales provider for mechanical warranties. Any warranty-related claims should be directed to the third-party provider, whose name will be communicated by CarTrust Information Technology Company to the customer. Additionally, the warranty's terms and conditions are subject to the third party's own terms.
Used Car Price Suggestion
We offer used car price suggestion services to determine their market value based on current market trends, car condition, and other relevant factors.
- As part of the inspection and evaluation process, photos of the vehicle will be taken to document the condition and support our findings. These photos may be shared with you in the report.
- A road test may be required for the inspected vehicle.
- The inspection does not include examining the vehicle's bodywork, dismantling any bodywork, assembly, parts, or internal mechanisms. Engine compression tests are not included.
- Consent is required for photographing vehicles for inspection purposes.
- All photos taken of the vehicle or its parts are the property of CarTrust Information Technology Company.
- The vehicle is insured under the responsibility of our certified test driver.
- CarTrust Information Technology Company will do its best to identify all technical and mechanical issues with the vehicle under inspection.
- Engine, transmission, and airbag diagnostic readings are obtained using specialized scanners, and results are documented by screenshot or fault codes at inspection time. CarTrust Information Technology Company is not responsible for any tampering with the vehicle.
- Certain practices by owners may erase fault codes before inspection, which may result in no faults appearing. CarTrust Information Technology Company disclaims any responsibility for this.
- Variations in paint thickness readings indicate prior work such as painting, dent repair, thermal insulation, cold pulling, filler, or deep polishing.
- CarTrust Information Technology Company is not liable for problems discovered after the inspection.
- The report reflects the vehicle's condition at the time of inspection only, based on CarTrust Information Technology Company's best knowledge and tools. Hidden defects are not CarTrust Information Technology Company's responsibility.
- CarTrust Information Technology Company's role is diagnostic only and not repair.
- CarTrust Information Technology Company is not responsible for any damage that occurs outside its premises or approved partners after issuing the report.
- The CarTrust Information Technology Company report is valid only as of the date and time of issuance.
- CarTrust Information Technology Company is not liable for misidentifying the vehicle's origin, failing to detect repainting, or failing to detect odometer tampering.
- CarTrust Information Technology Company will clearly indicate third-party data sources (e.g., dealerships, Elm Company, VIN APIs, warranty APIs).
- We reserve the right to refuse inspection for any vehicle for any reason.
